Nick is responsive, thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and very reliable. He came out on Sunday and also on Monday, Labor Day to assist with an AC unit that had stopped blowing cold air. He worked the problem in steps, trying to isolate the failed components one at a time rather than jumping to the easy conclusion of proposing to install a new AC unit altogether. He brought the AC back to life and followed up over the course of several days to ensure it was still working satisfactorily before sending his invoice. A true professional that is very rare to find. I wholeheartedly recommend Nick and his company.

Our AC stopped working recently on one of the hottest days this summer. KC Prestige was able to get out to see us on the same day and the time frame they stated. They took their time trouble shooting to diagnosing our issue. They were professional and provided repairs at a reasonable cost. I will be using them for my future HVAC needs and maintenance.
